Every July 28, Blanes celebrates the Festival of Love!
This emblematic event is the highlight of the Santa Anna Festival, the patron saint of our town. Founded in 1906 by Joan Ribas Carreras, the Festival of Love was created with the aim of fostering community and easing political tensions of the time.
Over the years, this celebration has become a tradition that attracts thousands of people, offering a day full of joy, music, and a great atmosphere. Each year, the Cala de Sant Francesc hosts this event with musical performances selected by the Blanes City Council, including tributes to legends such as Queen or ABBA, which excite both locals and visitors.
At Cala Bona, we join in this beloved tradition of the locals. On the night of July 28, we open the doors of our restaurant to share with you the final dinner of the festival. It is the ideal opportunity to gather with friends and family, enjoy a special dinner, and celebrate together the end of one of the most anticipated summer festivals.
